"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:
Official sources of the "Zhoghovurd" daily report that the majority of CP members do not come to terms with what they did to the "head" of CP deputy Hripsime Hunanyan in the CP department.
Our sources state that the issue of "removing" Hunanyan from the position of the chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Healthcare and banning his participation in the 2026 parliamentary elections was discussed very long and hotly among the members of the CP faction of the NA. Many people are not at peace with that decision and in various private conversations they say that if a person is "punished" for his speech in such a way, then many members of the Communist Party should suffer the "fate" of Hunanyan. Our CP sources also note that Hunanyan is not at peace with what happened around him.
"Zhoghovurd" daily was told by the members of the CP department that the members of the CP department spoke to Hunanyan in a very strict and bad tone, and Alen Simonyan tried to more or less smooth the situation. CP members do not rule out that in the near future the behavior of other CP members will also be raised in the CP department, citing Hunanyan's dismissal as an example.
Let's remind that Hripsime Hunanyan wrote on his Facebook page on January 21: "Recently, some of my thoughts voiced in the National Assembly were criticized by a number of our citizens. First of all, let me apologize for my wording, which in one way or another caused the anger and dissatisfaction of our dear citizens."
He also announced that he is resigning from the position of chairman of the National Health Committee." Details in today's issue of "Zhoghovurd" daily.
