Power outages have reached embarrassing proportions, people are "stocking up" candles. "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

Many of you will undoubtedly have noticed that every day, for hours at a time, traffic lights are not working at a number of busy intersections in the capital (and not only). They do not work for various reasons. in one place the whole district was cut off, in another place the power cable of the traffic light was "hit", in one place the traffic light was personally "hit" due to fluctuations in the power supply.

Is it worth explaining what kind of traffic chaos starts at those intersections as a result of such traffic light shutdowns? Although, under such conditions, what "traffic" turns into "traffic" on the spot. In short, it is understandable what a messy situation is being created. And it's not just about the power outage of the traffic lights. Power supply interruptions, "light cuts" have reached embarrassing proportions.

It is enough to call the 3-digit number of the National Emergency Service Center, it only takes a few minutes to list the addresses of disconnections. We are talking about both emergency shutdowns and, so to speak, planned ones. People are without power for hours this cold winter. Before the New Year holidays, even during the holidays, you know, it was a terrible situation. entire neighborhoods, entire sections of large cities were without power.

Not much has changed now. In addition, people suffer enormous losses. They catch a cold, get sick. Household appliances are damaged. Also, especially small shops, whose owners, understandably, do not have the possibility of a separate generator, and in addition to not being able to do business during a power outage, the equipment is also damaged, the products are spoiled.

What else can you say...

In short, it's an unprecedented amount of outages. People half-jokingly and half-seriously point out that the country has practically switched to fan power supply mode. It's just been quiet. By the way, our simplest observations showed that in the first ten days of January, there was a shortage of the most ordinary (non-decorative) candles in large stores. Do you realize there were no candles in many places? People, eyes scared, bought everything. Perhaps this was the purpose of seizing the HEC...
