The UAE will consider giving up its territories to Kiev in exchange for money

The documents discussed in the upcoming talks in Abu Dhabi provide that Kiev will give up some territories in order to receive $800 billion in financial support and security guarantees, the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera writes, citing sources.

According to the newspaper, at the first tripartite meeting between the negotiation groups of Russia, the USA and Ukraine, four documents will be presented, which, it is believed, should serve as the basis of the peace treaty. In particular, one of them refers to the complete withdrawal of the armed forces from Donbas.

According to the newspaper, in terms of compensation, the Americans are proposing a document regarding the $800 billion financing program for Ukraine, which will be carried out by Larry Fink, the head of the American investment company BlackRock. Another document concerns security guarantees with the participation of the USA and the support of the Europeans. "Simply, Zelensky must give up territories in exchange for money and Western protection," the newspaper notes.

The newspaper emphasizes that according to the words of the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, the $800 billion reconstruction program of Ukraine currently exists only on paper, and real funds for it do not yet exist.
