Commenting on his meeting with Zelensky within the framework of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, the American leader noted:
"He came and said he wanted to make a deal. It can be said that I was not sure about it. I think Zelensky must want to make a deal. The situation for Kyiv is quite difficult. This is very hard for the people of Ukraine," Trump emphasized while talking to reporters on his plane from Zurich to Washington, after completing participation in the HTF events.
The head of the White House also paid attention to the fact that some agreements with Zelensky have already failed several times.
"The meeting in Davos was good. But, you know, I had very good meetings with President Zelensky. And it feels like it's not happening," said Trump, answering the question about the prospects of an agreement in the security sector.
