The 30 billion euro loan funds provided to Kyiv by the EU countries, which are officially intended for budgetary needs, will be wasted by Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage, stated the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
Earlier, the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, proposed to divide the 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine approved at the end of 2025 into two parts. 60 billion euros will be allocated to military purchases, and 30 billion euros to support the state budget.
