Azerbaijan sent a cargo of electrotechnical goods worth one million dollars to Ukraine, the local "AzerTaj" agency reported on Wednesday.
"Within the framework of Azerbaijan's humanitarian aid, another electrotechnical cargo was sent from Sumgait technological park to Ukraine. The delivery of the aid was carried out by the Ministry of Energy in accordance with the decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated January 16, 2026.
The humanitarian cargo included 12 low-voltage panels, 11 generators, 5 transformers, and 27,000 meters of cables and wires. The total cost of the aid, which was organized based on the application of the Ukrainian side, is one million dollars," the message states.
Earlier, Azerbaijan also sent humanitarian aid to Ukraine, which is related to the provision of electrical energy. The total value of humanitarian aid from Azerbaijan to Ukraine, including aid for rehabilitation and reconstruction, has already exceeded $45 million.
