By the state machinery, pressure, threats and blackmail, often accompanied by hints of deprivation of liberty.
I'm still not talking about the arbitrary application of the law or its absence in general. The government is trying to do the impossible, but it doesn't work, they are trying to use new, more immoral methods of influence."
