According to SHAMSHYAN.com, on January 13, an extraordinary incident took place in Yerevan. Around 4:50 p.m., the officers of the company of the Arabkir security department of the police guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RA arrested 52-year-old Sasha P., a resident of Ararat marz, from the service hall of the mobile operator "Viva Armenia" operating at 24/2 Azatutyan avenue, on the basis of reasonable suspicion of hooliganism and brought him to the Kanaker-Zeytun police department.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, Sasha P. was in an inebriated state and uttered various curses in a public place.
Documents were drawn up in the Kanaker-Zeytun department of the police regarding the incident, which together with Sasha P. were submitted to the investigative department of the Yerevan City Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district.
