Xavi Alonso left the position of head coach of "Real Madrid" by mutual agreement, reports the website of the Madrid club.

The 44-year-old coach led the team in the current season. On Sunday, "Real Madrid" lost 3-2 to "Barcelona" in the final of the Spanish Super Cup.
