The Russian Embassy in Armenia confirmed the summons of Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopirkin to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and noted that the concerns of the Armenian side regarding the statements made during the "Solovyev Live" program will be forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The Russian diplomatic mission in Yerevan informed TASS that the Russian ambassador was indeed summoned to the Armenian Foreign Ministry, where he was handed a note of protest regarding the statements made by the Russian broadcaster Vladimir Solovyov.

"Yes, indeed, we confirm. The ambassador was summoned to the Armenian Foreign Ministry. A protest note was handed to him. The concerns of the Armenian side regarding Solovyov's statements will be forwarded to the Russian Foreign Ministry," the Russian Embassy in Armenia informed.

Earlier today, a note of protest regarding Solovyov's statements was delivered to the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Armenia.
