Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a law banning LGBT propaganda and pedophilia in the media, telecommunications networks and online platforms. The corresponding provision is included in the law to amend the legislation on archival matters and limit the dissemination of illegal content.
"The head of state has signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On making amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on archival issues and limiting the spread of illegal content," the president's press service said in a statement.
