The United States is waging an all-out war against Venezuela, but the country is ready to face any threat, ruling party deputy Saul Ortega told RIA Novosti.
"The United States is pursuing a policy of destroying the international community. They implemented the regressive Monroe Doctrine, which implies a whole series of unacceptable demands in this part of the world, where we are sovereign and independent states," the deputy noted.
"This is a multi-faceted war being waged in the economic and technological spheres, using new elements such as electronic warfare... For us, the threat is real and exists, but we are also determined to face any threat or challenge," Ortega added.
