The rescue service informs that there are closed roads in the RA territory. The highways leading from "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Castle and Kari Lake in Aragatsotn Marz are closed. The Berd-Chambarak highway is closed to all types of vehicles.
Noravan-Ltsen-Tatev, Shinuhair-Tatev-Kapan, Kajaran-Meghri and Vanadzor-Dilijan highways from Jermuk intersection to the section called "Zanger" are closed for trailer trucks. The Vardenyats mountain pass is closed for trailer trucks and difficult for other types of vehicles.
Yelpin-Wyke highway is difficult for trailer trucks. There is ice in places on the roads of Artik, Kapan, Sisian, Goris, Ashotsk, Amasia, Gavar, Aparan, Aragats, Nairi, Spitak, Tumanyan, Chambarak, Martuni, Hrazdan, Tashir, Sevan, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Vaik and Vanadzor regions.
Drivers are urged to drive exclusively with winter tires.
