Hundreds of flights were delayed and canceled due to the ATS attack in Moscow

More than 270 flights were delayed, 42 were canceled, and another 69 were redirected to alternative airports due to restrictions imposed yesterday at Moscow's Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo airports.

"Sheremetyevo" clarified that 17 incoming and outgoing flights were canceled, 32 were delayed, and another 49 were redirected to alternative airports.

"Aeroflot" announced that it had to correct its schedule by changing the schedule of a number of flights.

Some Moscow-bound flights were diverted to alternative airports in Domodedovo, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Saratov, Samara and Yekaterinburg.
