Poland will produce missiles for South Korea's K239 Chunmoo multiple missile systems


Poland will begin production of missiles for South Korea's K239 Chunmoo multiple rocket systems (Polish version: Homar K). This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Poland, Władysław Kosyniak-Kamisz.


"A cooperation agreement between WB Electronics and HanwhaAerospace Co. will be signed in Warsaw on Monday afternoon. Ltd. between. This marks the start of the construction of the Homar K MLRS missile production plant in Poland," the minister wrote in X.


In July 2022, the previous Polish government reached an agreement with South Korea to supply 288 K239 Chunmoo MLRS and 688 K9 howitzers.
