"As part of our international obligations, every year we give money to the interstate television and radio company "Mir". I suppose since the 1990s," said Prime Minister's Office Chief Arayik Harutyunyan during the discussion of the 2025 state budget project in the National Assembly, answering the question of how justified it is to pay almost 257 million drams to the interstate television and radio company "Mir" every year.
He mentioned that they don't have much place to play here.
"But during the last discussions on the budget, when we talked about cost reduction and efficiency, we also referred to "Mir".
At the moment, we do not have a study, but we are going to have discussions to understand how efficiently the given money is spent," said Harutyunyan.
