Kim Jong Un has called for an increase in ammunition production in 2026


North Korean Prime Minister Kim Jong Un has indicated the need to increase the production of ammunition and missiles by 2026, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reports.

The leader of the People's Republic noted that the leading enterprises have successfully fulfilled the production plan of the last year of the five-year plan, 2025, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the country's defense capability.

"Comrade Kim Jong-un noted the need to increase the 2026 production plan based on development prospects in accordance with the future demand for missile and artillery units of the state armed forces," KCNA reported.
