Moscow sees positive dynamics in the dialogue between Yerevan and Baku and notices the restoration of ties within the region, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated during the briefing.
According to him, Russia welcomes the initiated process of unblocking transport communications, including the continuous supplies of Russian grain to Armenia through the territory of Azerbaijan.
Zakharova added that this confirms the relevance of the development of the "3+3" format, where the emphasis is on deepening cooperation in the transport, energy, and cultural spheres.
The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry added that Moscow would like to see Georgian partners on that platform as well.
