In Kiev's peace plan, Ukraine refuses to withdraw troops from Donbass

Volodymyr Zelensky published the 20-point program that Ukraine offered to the American side during the negotiations in the USA. The provisions of the document were published by RBC-Ukraine after a meeting with journalists with Zelensky. According to one of the clauses, Ukraine refuses to withdraw its troops from Donbass.

The plan includes the following items: recognition of Ukraine's sovereignty, a non-aggression pact between Russia and Ukraine with monitoring along the line of contact (no details), and security guarantees (again, no details).

The peacetime strength of Ukraine's armed forces is set at 800,000. The United States, NATO, and Europe provide security guarantees to Ukraine under Article 5 of the NATO Charter.
