The UN does not sufficiently promote the dialogue between Venezuela and the United States, more active involvement is needed, said Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), who was nominated by Argentina for the post of UN Secretary General.
"We need dialogue, which the UN does not provide. Therefore, a new leadership of the UN is needed, which can contribute to this dialogue," he told reporters after presenting his candidacy for the position of UN Secretary General in Buenos Aires.
