The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) believes that most of Iran's highly enriched uranium remains in the country, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"Of course, we have a serious information deficit, and from a non-proliferation point of view, this is extremely negative, because even if these facilities are seriously damaged, there is a clear understanding that most of Iran's highly enriched uranium is still in the country. And this is extremely important from the point of view of non-proliferation," he said.
The Pentagon has previously announced that the US military operation led to the complete destruction of Iran's nuclear facilities and a significant reduction of its capabilities in this area.
