The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, announced that he is the outgoing president, because he cannot rule the country forever.
"I will not stay forever. Yes, we have created a system and a lot depends on the president. Thank you for supporting me. Without this support, many things would not happen in the country. But I am the outgoing president. I cannot be president forever, and there is no need for it," Lukashenko said in his speech to the people and parliament of Belarus during the session of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly in Minsk.
He emphasized that the All-Belarusian Assembly is the stabilizer of society. it should put the country on the right path and push it forward.
