By order of the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Aram Karapetyan was appointed the director of the State Drama Theater named after Vardan Achemyan in Gyumri. The news was published on the theater's official Facebook page.

"On behalf of the entire staff of the theater, we heartily and warmly congratulate our newly elected director, wishing him fruitful work and a peaceful process," the text reads.
