Georgia will not receive financial assistance of 120 million euros from the European Union until the end of 2025, the European Commission informed "Izvestia".
It is noted that we are talking about 120 million euros, which the EU froze back in 2024, because Brussels considered that Georgia does not meet the standards of democracy.
"Support measures were not planned for this year," the European Commission noted.
The European Commission informed the newspaper that the suspension of financial aid provided by the EU to Georgia will probably not be resumed in 2026.
