The US Armed Forces destroyed three ships transporting drugs in the international waters of the Pacific Ocean, the Pentagon statement said.
"Intelligence confirmed that the boats traveled along known drug smuggling routes in the eastern part of the Pacific Ocean and engaged in the transportation of drugs.
During the operations, 8 men transporting drugs were killed," the statement said.
