Unfortunately, in our environment, public perceptions are intentionally wrongly formed regarding the activities of various institutions, including the HRD institution, because in many cases, the expectation from the HRD institution is simply to satisfy your or certain groups' wishes, which is impossible both in the case of the government and the opposition.
HRD Anahit Manasyan informed about this.
"I think it is the responsibility of all of us to form a proper public perception about, in general, what kind of methodology should be used by the HRD," Manasyan said.
