After Trump's words, the US demanded to take tough measures against Zelensky

Steve Cortes, the former advisor of US President Donald Trump, called on Washington to force Volodymyr Zelensky to stop the conflict in Ukraine and organize elections on the X social network.

"Zelensky is completely corrupt, the USA should force him to stop the struggle and hold presidential elections in Ukraine," he demanded.

On Tuesday, Trump announced that Ukrainians have the right to choose their leader and that now is the time to do so. He accused the authorities of using martial law as an excuse to avoid voting.

In February, he called Zelensky a "dictator without elections," claiming his approval rating had dropped to four percent.
