The issue of facilitating the process of obtaining an EU entry visa for RA citizens is on their agenda. They have been working on this issue for a long time with European Union partners, presenting the citizens' concern that they have to wait 10 months to get a visa. The Prime Minister reminded that the tourist flow from Armenia to the EU has noticeably increased in recent years, despite the difficulties of obtaining a visa. The Prime Minister of Armenia noticed that many people prefer to go to Rome, Berlin and other European cities on weekends, which speaks of changes in the field and improvement of citizens' quality of life.
As an example, he mentioned that at one time airline tickets seemed unaffordable for many people due to their high price, but now it is possible to buy a ticket for 35 or 50 euros on the market. This, in turn, contributes to the fact that citizens often travel to Europe.
