This was stated in the letter of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to US President Donald Trump.

"Your leadership, based on determination and responsibility, is the epitome of true service to the promotion of world peace.

I am confident that our partnership, through continued dialogue and cooperation, will contribute to the strengthening of peace, security and prosperity in our countries and beyond," the letter said.
