Andrej Babis, who was appointed the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic on December 9, promised to make the republic the best place to live on the planet. The words of the politician were quoted by Idnes news portal.
Babish stated that as Prime Minister, he will protect the interests of Czech citizens "not only in the homeland, but also in the whole world". He promised to do "everything to make the Czech Republic the best place to live on the planet".
According to the portal, Czech President Petr Pavel expects that Babis will present the list of candidates for ministerial positions in the new government. After that, the head of state will announce the date of the appointment ceremony of the new cabinet.
