The USA will not allow Europe to participate in the negotiations for the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine because of its imprudence. Such a view was expressed by Steven Bryan, the former assistant to the deputy head of the Pentagon, in the material of the Substack platform.
According to him, European countries will probably not play any role in the peace process, because Washington considers them obstructionists.
According to Bryan, the US is already taking steps to disengage from Europe, including reducing the sharing of secret intelligence.
