Balloons that don't last even a few minutes. "Fact"

The "Past" daily writes: When Pashinyan's government had just started the process of seizing the HEC, we noticed that they would use all this to "look for dirt" in the HEC, to present it to the public on a daily basis. In short, the Pashinyan government would try to turn all this into a long-term campaign of propaganda and politics.

The campaign is indeed being carried out, but it is becoming more and more obvious to more and more people that Pashinyan and the government led by him are just blowing another bubble. Although, it's not even a bubble, it's a propaganda bubble(s).
Basically. Yesterday, Nikol Pashinyan discussed the state of affairs of the country's key energy supply company with the temporary manager of the National Electric Power Company. That being said, a discussion or report lasting more than 40 minutes felt more like a poorly staged theater piece. Surprise was shown in front of the camera: "What happened in the HEC owned by Samvel Karapetyan?"

For example, it was reported that the necessary goods were purchased more expensively by the National Security Agency, while they could be bought cheaper. Or, for example, it was said that the fee for connecting new subscribers was greatly inflated, at least 10 times more expensive, or that several years of data on the electricity consumed by subscribers were irretrievably and criminally lost and disappeared (by the way, not only he, but also the president of PSK Mesropyan announced something similar). In short, let's not discuss everything here. The main thing was that the HEC was extremely badly managed by Samvel Karapetyan and his appointed leadership, and now that Pashinyan has taken the matter into his own hands, everything is just wonderful, they have submitted applications for various criminal proceedings, they are even discussing whether they can revise the tariffs to some extent. However, the most remarkable thing was that after a short time, the coordinator of the "Our way" movement Narek Karapetyan did not addressed these statements and observations point by point in a less public way. Not only addressed, but also refuted point by point. However, why only Narek Karapetyan?

Please, the pro-government Fact-Checking Platform (FIP) tried to find out when the consumption data disappeared. What has been revealed?

And it turns out that, yes, there was indeed a short-term problem with the server on January 2, 2025, but it was quickly resolved and all the main power consumption data was restored. The proof of this is that the reporter of the mentioned platform requested and received his energy consumption data. In other words, as every time, in this case, we see that the noisy statements of Pashinyan and his comrades-in-arms, it turns out, are exaggerated. To put it bluntly, or at least the episode of connecting new subscribers. They sit down and discuss and say that they are trying to make sure that the HEC does not suffer financial damage and that these costs do not affect the tariffs, but they will try to reduce them by... 30 percent. But wait a minute, where's the tenfold inflation statement? If the connection fee was inflated many times or ten times, how can they reduce it by 30 percent? And could it happen that the supposed 30 percent is a net tax burden, and they will make a "reduction" at the expense of it? And who will pay the difference of 30 percent later? The fact that Pashinyan will try to play on the electricity tariffs for political reasons was already noted since the PSC, for incomprehensible reasons, rejected the proposal of the "Tashir Group" to reduce the same tariffs by about 3 drams. The leader of the Communist Party thought that if there is such an option, then why let it be done by the Karapetyans, who are declared enemies by him, that is, Pashinyan will take over the HEP and do the same thing before the elections. please, dear proud people, do you see how good I am? By the way, we also wrote about this a month ago that, according to our information, the authorities "in the near future will strip the HEC of its license through the PSC, then, around March, at the expense of Samvel Karapetyan's profit, they will lower the tariff (up to 6 drams according to different calculations), and they will make it a propaganda "flag" before the elections, saying: we came, we saved the HEC, lower the tariffs etc. But at the same time we added that "about six months after that, when the elections will be long past, they will raise the tariff again." The next, to put it mildly, problematic question. Pashinyan, as an indisputable connoisseur of criminal law, jurisprudence in general, announced that "money laundering" was done in the National Security Agency.

In essence, Nikol Pashinyan, who holds the position of RA Prime Minister, in this way, on the one hand, instructed the law enforcement officers under his authority, and on the other hand, predetermined the actions of those same law enforcement officers. Professional lawyers have already recorded this and responded to it. For example, Gohar Meloyan notes that the Prime Minister calling any action of a person "money laundering" in a public official video recording is a) a direct instruction to law enforcement agencies, b) another manifestation of the cancellation of the presumption of innocence.

Moreover, the said illegal instruction is given based on the unilateral report of a person dependent on Pashinyan and without hearing the objections of the other interested party. Are they going to privatize the HEC or are they going to look for a new investor?

And although Pashinyan, with the Bolshevik approach, prefers the first option, perhaps they will choose the second. It is difficult to say what will happen with the HEC and with the HEC. The most likely thing is that under Pashinyan's rule, that company will disintegrate, reach such a state that there will be talks of doubling or tripling the existing tariffs. Well, what Pashinyan has touched, destroyed and destroyed.

But whatever it is, the government is already causing enormous damage to our country, moreover, it continues to cause this damage consistently. First, whoever the alleged new investor is, he should know that one day he will be deprived of his property and imprisoned, according to which he is a complete criminal. However, let's repeat, directly the issue of the HEC is still aside. The main thing is that seeing this scandalous history and the harsh realities of property seizure, legal arbitrariness, and more precisely, "bespredel", hardly any sane person wants to deal with the current government of Armenia or in Armenia.

And that is a much bigger damage than taking away or destroying just 1 company (even if it is of strategic importance). In any case, although Pashinyan's government continues to release propaganda bubbles, they don't last even a few minutes. ARMEN HAKOBYAN
