The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that the negotiations in Geneva with the participation of the USA helped to achieve progress on the way to the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. His words are quoted by Deutsche Welle. According to the results of the informal meeting of European Union leaders in Luanda, von der Leyen announced great progress in Ukraine.
"Although there is still work to be done, today we already have a solid foundation for moving forward," said the head of the EC.
