In fact, this is not a step aimed at building trust between the two peoples, but an attempt to wash Aliyev's bloody hands, to legitimize the ethnic cleansing and genocide that took place in Artsakh.
In the conditions of humiliation, degradation and injustice, under fear and threat, they neither build peace nor build trust.
All the mentioned attempts of Aliyev and his accomplice Pashinyan have failed. It should be noted that the Azerbaijani side had an open meeting with its agents of influence. they have nothing to do with the Armenian people and the political society of Armenia."
