It is time to court the EU. "Publication"

"Hraparak" newspaper writes:

"On November 28, the CP convened an extraordinary session of the National Assembly. Regarding the issue of ratifying the agreement "between the Republic of Armenia and the EU on defining the framework of the participation of the Republic of Armenia in the EU crisis management operations", although the regular four-day meeting starts on December 2.

What is the reason for the urgency, the ruling team does not know, they think that they are trying to give special importance to the agreement through an extraordinary procedure.

A few days ago, EU ambassadors met with a number of high-ranking officials, including Pashinyan. They told us that before the elections, they want RA to process the EU membership application. And the agreement to be discussed "provides an opportunity to make the best use of EU experience and knowledge in the field of crisis management".
