They also resent their failure to secure a seat at the negotiating table, even after agreeing to cover military aid to Ukraine.
Earlier, White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt stated that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US President's Special Envoy Steven Wittkoff are in contact with both Russia and Ukraine regarding the crisis resolution plan proposed by Washington.
