Our sources of the Ministry of Defense inform that an open tender is announced for the construction of these "fortresses", which describes the parameters of building a building, that is, secret security information is also made available to our enemies. This is not the only strange fact in this process.
Our source also says that the construction works of the "fortresses" are mainly carried out by foreigners: Indians, Egyptian citizens, Iranians, and it is natural that the National Security Service does not check the identity of all of them, and there is no guarantee that, incidentally, some of them are not employees of the special services of another country or informants, who pass secret information to our opponents in the name of cheap labor.
