The day before, Minister of Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan visited Syunik, organized a party meeting in Kapan, the regional center, the meeting was at 7 pm. The minister had left for Syunik earlier, during working hours, but no information was posted on his Facebook page about the visit to any institution operating under the ministry, as he usually does.
Yesterday morning, a short clip appeared on Torosyan's FB page, which he made in the Vayots Dzori Areni community. In the video, the minister says that while returning from Syunik, he decided to stop and show the progress of their plan to build 16 million houses.
