Europe's largest explosives and ammunition company, France's Eurenco, has signed an agreement with Canadian company Nalagx to build new production facilities in the country to meet NATO's growing demand, BFMTV reported on Wednesday.
"Eurenko, the European leader in the production of explosives and ammunition, has announced the signing of a "strategic agreement" with its Canadian partner (Nalagx - ed.) to build new plants in Canada to meet the growing demand of NATO countries," the article states.
The report states that the first of the planned stations is planned to be put into operation in 2029.
The project of the two companies envisages that the new production facilities will be owned by Nalagx but managed by Eurenco.
