Steven Wittkoff, the special representative of the US president for peacekeeping operations, plans to visit Turkey on November 19 and participate in the planned negotiations with Vladimir Zelensky, Reuters reports, referring to a Turkish source.
Earlier, Zelensky announced that he will visit Turkey on November 19 to "intensify negotiations" on the Ukrainian settlement.
According to him, the delegation will present "developed solutions" to its partners and also wants to resume the exchange and return of prisoners. Zelensky did not elaborate with whom he intends to negotiate in Turkey or what the prepared statements are.
