A petition was submitted to arrest the former Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan. His defender Tigran Yegoryan informed about this.

According to the lawyer, Kerobyan does not accept the charges against him.

Earlier, we reported that there are 7 arrested in the case of money laundering and participation in a criminal organization. One of the arrested persons is Vahan Kerobyan in the Investigative Department.

To remind, Vahan Kerobyan is being investigated for corruption abuses. On February 16, 2024, he was sentenced to house arrest for a period of 2 months. On April 13, the house arrest imposed on him was extended for another 2 months.
