"In order to host Argishti Mekhakyan, the candidate for the mayor of Etchmiadzin, the CP in Vagharshapat switched to the format of "battles without rules". Principals of schools, who are presidents of electoral commissions, were also involved in the campaign. There are rumors that they list, distribute aid to residents on behalf of some NGOs, and at the same time direct them to the side of the government candidate.
We were told that Mekhakyan's sister's husband and her brother, who are known in Vagharshapat for their not-so-acceptable behavior, are also actively involved in the campaign. They scare people who speak badly of Mekhakyan or don't choose, it won't be good for them.
