"The ruling MPs do not care about the legislative work so much that they have become the destroyers of the government's projects. Yesterday, the project presented by Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan received a negative conclusion at the session of the NA State Legal Affairs Committee only because only 3 MPs from the CP majority of the committee were present at the session: President Vladimir Vardanyan, Alkhas Ghazaryan and Karen Sarukhanyan, and the project needed at least 4 parties.
Only after the voting, when Vladimir Vardanyan expressed his surprise as to why they did not show up, because everyone was properly notified about the session, Trdat Sargsyan entered the examination room panting, but, as they say, the train had left, and the KP defeated the project brought by the government, which was about electronic notifications.
To remind: a complete mechanism of electronic notifications is introduced so that natural and legal entities are notified by this system from the beginning of 2026.
