The head of Turkey's National Intelligence Organization, Ibrahim Kalin, discussed the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip with representatives of the radical Palestinian Hamas movement. This was reported by the Turkish NTV TV channel, referring to the sources of the intelligence service.
Kalin met in Istanbul with the delegation of the political bureau of Hamas, headed by Khalil al-Hayya. Representatives of the Palestinian movement accused Israel of violating the ceasefire regime, NTV reports.
The issues of implementing the next stages of the Gaza peace plan and providing humanitarian aid to the residents of the Palestinian enclave in cooperation with international organizations were also discussed at the meeting.
On September 29, the White House published US President Donald Trump's "comprehensive plan" aimed at resolving the Gaza conflict.
