Mamikon Galoyan, chief specialist of the Department of Health and Social Affairs of Gegharkunik MarzpetAysor.am:presented new details on how the siblings of 3-year-old Tigran, who went missing from Tsapatagh and were found murdered after a 7-day search, were transferred to the HAO.
"We decided to transfer the children to the Children's Hospital today. We talked with the mother, we talked with the children. The mother got a little emotional and cried. We said no, let's move it today," said Galoyan.
He also said that after the incident, the mother of the murdered child decided to leave the community.
"The mother decided to leave that community and go to her father's house. We said that your conscience should be calm, we will take the children with you, you will place them with your hand, you will come back to your home.
Galoyan said that they are on the way now, they are already taking the children.
We asked Mr. Galoyan how the children accepted the news of separation from their mother, did they not oppose it?
In response, Galoyan said: “Well, one child was disabled, he didn't feel absolutely. The non-speaking child who was with Tigran looked frozen and did not speak. The older girl was talking, we said: you will be careful of your brothers too. It was necessary for the children to get out of that environment. Work with children will be carried out in the FAR. Not much work was done with that non-speaking child. Maybe they will do some work now, he will say words already."
Let's remind that, on the initiative of the Gegharkunik governor's office, the guardianship and trusteeship body convened an urgent meeting today in order to decide the issues related to Tigran's family, including the organization of further care of the children.
Let's also remind that criminal proceedings have been initiated in connection with the murder of a 3-year-old child who disappeared in Tsapatagh. The child's father is accused of murder. He was arrested. During the preliminary investigation, an external examination of the corpse was performed. Bodily injuries were found on the body and head of the corpse.
