Garik Karapetyan, a representative of the Gyumri State Sports College of the Olympic shift, 110 kg weightlifter, took the stage today as part of the RA national team at the European Under-23 Weightlifting Championship, which is ending in Albania. The athlete from Gyumri was declared European champion with the result of 397 kg (182 kg+215 kg) of the two-fight event.
Garik also won "small" gold and silver medals in individual sports.
