Turkey has no intention of cooperating with the current government of Israel led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, reports the Turkish pro-government "Hurriet" newspaper.
The publication also notes that in the possible formation of a new government in Israel, the decisive factors for the Turkish authorities will be both the ideology it will follow and the policy it will pursue.
"Hurriet" responded to the recent statement made by Tom Barak, the US ambassador to Ankara and the US president's special representative for Syria, that "Turkey and Israel will not fight each other." Barak also insisted on the possibility of cooperation between the two countries in the region from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean Sea.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has repeatedly accused Israel of committing war crimes and genocide in the Gaza Strip and compared Netanyahu to Adolf Hitler.
