"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan took part in the discussions of the draft budget at the session of the parliament's standing committees yesterday. Previously, when he came to the parliament, a group of deputies from the CP faction escorted Avinyan to the hall with special solemnity and took part in the session.
And yesterday, one can say, Avinyan was left alone, in an almost half-empty hall, he presented the part of the budget allocated to the institution he headed, then he left alone, not even answering the journalists' questions.
Apart from the governors, some people from the CP faction were present in the hall: Sergey Bagratyan, Zaruhi Batoyan and Artyom Mehrabyan.
