"KP candidate for the mayor of Etchmiadzin, acting mayor Argishti Mekhakyan is in depression, people close to him tell him that it is too easy to say whether the candidate is taking the accusations seriously or has betrayed his father's ideas.
According to our source, he would not have participated in the campaign with great pleasure if he had not heard reminders about denying his father's message at every step. Mekhakyan's father, Mekhak Mekhakyan, was one of the heroic commanders who liberated Artsakh, and his son and his teammates are those who renounced and surrendered Artsakh.
The father even said: "Let my son die in Van, my grandson in the last province of Great Armenia", and Argishti Mekhakyan's team and leader today reject our historical homeland and even Artsakh. We were told that the entire burden of Vagharshapat's campaign was taken on by the minister of TCE Davit Khudatyan, the role of his "tug" was assumed by the newly appointed governor of Armavir, the former mayor of Metsamor.
During this time, Khudatyan directs the state subsidies to Vagharshapat and the surrounding communities, and he just goes out of his way to win.
