Today, on October 30, an emergency happened in Gegharkunik region. Around 8:30 p.m., a "BMW" car collided with a horse on which the rider was on the road section leading from Chambarak city to Vahan village.
How?reportsphotojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the rider was transferred to "Chambarak" medical center, and the horse died on the spot.
The operative group of the Chambarak department of the Community Police General Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, led by the head of the department, also arrived.
Due to the fact of the incident, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the investigation department of Sevan, where the identity of the driver and the rider is being ascertained.
According to the information of the photojournalist, the horseman is being transferred from the Chambarak medical center by ambulance to one of the specialized hospitals in Yerevan.
On the instruction of the investigator, the car is moved to a special area guarded by the Chambarak police department.
